Edmonton says where pot smokers can’t toke up; sets new rules for cigarette smokers too

As Edmonton prepares its rules for when recreational marijuana becomes legal, cigarettes filled with tobacco have also landed in city council’s crosshairs. As Albert Delitala reports, the smoking of any substance will be banned in many parks and large section of sidewalks.
