Trudeau announces marijuana will be legal in Canada on October 17

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has announced that starting October 17, 2018, Canadians will be able to legally use recreational marijuana. Originally, the government promised it would happen by July. Mike Le Couteur explains why the date was pushed back, and how the issue of trade continues to hang over Trudeau’s head.
