When David Beard cracked the Eskimos’ roster in 2015 after four years at the University of Alberta, he decided not to finish his final year of eligibility with the Bears. As a result, he also didn’t finish his degree in kinesiology. But as Quinn Phillips reports, Beard now has that piece of paper to hang on his wall.
