Free parking is a thing of the past in downtown Lethbridge. The city implemented its new system to monitor parked cars and set up more than 170 kiosks around the city. While some embrace the change, some businesses are concerned it could impact shoppers stopping in for a quick visit. Kyle Benning has more.
