May 21, 2018
Video taken on Friday, May 19 as frustrated passengers wait to board the BC Ferries to the Gulf Islands. The vessel was scheduled to depart at 7:20 p.m. but the ferry was running 30 minutes late. Passengers were then told the ferry had been overbooked and some people needed to volunteer to leave.
