Alberta Premier Rachel Notley said her NDP government will vote on and pass Bill 12 on Wednesday, which she said gives the government the power to maximize the value the province gets from resources it owns in the province. She said if the path forward for the Trans Mountain pipeline through BC is not settled soon, she is “ready and prepared to turn off the taps.”
