Trudeau says he won’t apologize for ‘swaggering’ on world stage

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau remarked on comments by the Conservatives during Question Period on Wednesday about his use of the term “swagger” saying he would not apologize for the country’s “swaggering” on the world stage.
