Dozens come out to play a game of street hockey in what organizers say is a show of support for the Humboldt Broncos.
3 hockey associations ages 4-17 took part in a game in a parking lot in Steveston. Organizers say they were also trying to bring some fun back to hockey after a hard week.
Parents brought their kids to the game and say they will keep their kids in hockey. The kids playing say the night was fun and that they’d heard of the tragedy and will continue to play.
