A Summerland family under evacuation order is still not allowed in their house, four days after it was badly damaged by a landslide. The immediate threat is over but there is still the risk of further landslide activity off a water-logged hillside. That is causing concern for District of Summerland and Fortis-BC infrastructure in the area. The situation is being carefully monitored using drone technology.
