Finance Minister Joe Ceci defends 2018 Alberta budget

One day after Finance Minister Joe Ceci tabled a budget that includes an $8.8-billion deficit and a five-year plan to balance the books, he joined Kent Morrison on Global News Morning to reiterate the highlights and defend the plan.
