The head of the U.S. Pacific Command Admiral Harry Harris told the U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee the United States cannot be overly optimistic about the outcome of any summit between President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and must go into it with “eyes wide open.”
