Tue, Mar 6: The Ontario government has introduced a new “pay transparency” bill with the goal of closing both gender and other diversity pay gaps in the workplace. One of the goals of the new legislation? For employers and employees to be able to openly disclose their salaries. But as Jamie Mauracher reports, it’s something not everyone is comfortable with.
