Trump using new tariffs as bargaining chip on NAFTA

There are more mixed messages from the U.S. president tonight. He’s now saying Canada might get a break from the hefty tariffs he intends to impose on steel and aluminum — but only if we make concessions on NAFTA. Mike Le Couteur reports.
