In the wake of the BC government announcing its roadmap on how it's going to deal with legalization of recreational marijuana, questions are being about enforcement -- namely how the police are going to deal with drivers who are stoned at the wheel. The RCMP say they have a plan, but a Kelowna lawyer says it's going be a challenging road ahead. Kelly Hayes reports.
