It's a hot button issue in Peachland that has driven a wedge between municipal council and many of the residents. Most councillors are in favour of a proposed controversial development. But there is plenty of opposition to the project. That was reflected in a public hearing Tuesday night regarding proposed changes to the Official Community Plan that would pave the way for the project to proceed.
