Thu, Jan 11: The new YMCA facility in Calgary’s Rocky Ridge neighbourhood may have a lot of new features, but it’s carrying on an old tradition – the role played by volunteers. They outnumber employees by a wide margin, and as Gil Tucker reports, they bring a wealth of experience and a whole lot of heart.
