Kiran Dhesi warrant under a publication ban

It’s been more than four months since the body of 19-year-old Kiran Dhesi was found in a burned-out vehicle in Surrey. There has been virtually no information released about the investigation. Rumina Daya reports on how Global BC went to court to try to change that.
