Photographer Nigel Brennan, who was seized by armed men and held hostage with journalist Amanda Lindhout in Somalia, says he was “never going to leave” Lindhout even if given the opportunity and said he appreciated the judge calling him “heroic” when the judge delivered his guilty verdict against Ali Omar Ader.
