Flaggers and roadside workers from the Okanagan held a roadside rally in Vernon today - to remind the motoring public to get off their phones and to slow down. The rally comes on the heels of a serious incident in the North Okanagan where a flagger was mowed down by a careless driver. Kelly Hayes reports.
