Catalonia declaring independence from Spain on Monday

The leader of Catalonia, Carles Puigdemont, says his regional government will declare independence from Spain within days. It comes after King Felipe addressed the nation, accusing Catalan leaders of an “unacceptable disloyalty” toward Spain in organizing independence referendum. Redmond Shannon reports.
