A Quebec lawyer is launching a class action lawsuit against Bell Canada over the cost of collect calls placed from prison. Families of inmates have been stuck with huge bills, and the lawsuit claims the fees are unfair and unethical. And as Mike Armstrong found out, the Province of Ontario may be benefiting from it.
