Canadians stranded by Hurricane Maria frustrated with government inaction

The Canadian government is coming under fire from families who are still waiting for their loved ones to return from hurricane-ravaged areas of the Caribbean. As Mike Le Couteur reports, they say the government isn’t doing enough to bring them home.
