The Canadian Taxpayer Federation got hundreds of taxpayers to donate money to send rubber ducks to Kathleen Wynne after they were outraged with the Ontario premier’s decision to spend more than $120,000 on bringing a giant rubber duck to Toronto for Canada Day.
