Stavros Rougas posted a video on social media appearing to show construction crews doing work on a neighbourhood water line near Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue East at around 1 a.m. Friday. Residents in the neighbourhood are upset with the noise, but the City of Toronto said the work needed to happen at that time to minimize water impacts in the area.
