Andrew Scheer: Conservatives are the part of prosperity, not envy

Speaking to the Conservative party caucus Monday morning, New Conservative leader Andrew Scheer attacked Prime Minister Trudeau and claimed the Conservatives are the party of “prosperity, not envy.”
