Quebec lake goes dry as other areas face floods

Residents of Gatineau, Que. have spent more than a week fighting to save their homes from rising floodwaters. But just an hour away, residents along Lac-Sainte-Marie have a different issues: the lake is almost bone dry. Mike Le Couteur looks into the reason why.
