With deadlines approaching and Metrolinx embroiled in a bitter dispute with Bombardier, a new deal is on the table for Toronto’s Eglinton Crosstown transit project. Metrolinx has signed a deal with one of Bombardier’s competitors, Alstom. Lama Nicolas has the story.
