What happens to criminal offenders after they leave a probation office in Ontario? Provincial probation officers tell Global News that after an offender walks out of their office they sometimes have “no clue” where they’re living, who they’re with or whether they’re abiding by the rules of their release. In part two, we see a disturbing example of what happens when no one’s watching. Chief investigative correspondent Carolyn Jarvis has more.
