Quebec floods: New troubles for Terasse-Vaudreuil residents

After being under water for two weeks, residents of Terasse-Vaudreuil have a new thing to worry about. The small community has battled to build dikes and sand barriers, but as the water recedes, they might come crashing down. Elysia Bryan-Baynes reports
