Quebec students get grades rounded up

Quebec education minister Sébastien Proulx admitted in the National Assembly that children who receive grades of 57, 58 and 59 per cent on provincial exams were being rounded up to 60 per cent so they can pass. Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports.
