Wed, Apr 12: Ending a long-standing policy designed to allow customers safe and easy electrical renovations, Toronto Hydro is now imposing new fees to turn off and restore electrical power. The utility says the fees are needed, but at least one contractor says this will open the door to possible safety problems. Sean O’Shea reports.
