London mayor sends condolences after deadly terror attack

London Mayor Sadiq Khan issued a video statement via Twitter where he told Londoners not to be alarmed for their city remains one of the safest. Khan also thanked emergency officials for their bravery during the difficult time and said “Londoners will never be cowed by terrorism.”
