White House security scares setting off questions about Secret Service staffing

After a week where one man jumped a fence to roam the grounds of the White House and another incident where a man claimed to have a bomb at a security checkpoint, questions are being raised as to whether the Secret Service is properly staffed. Ines de la Cuetara reports.
