‘Forgotten’ battle remembered

Next month a memorial to a major battle and victory by Canadian soldiers in World War One will be dedicated by Governor General David Johnston. The Battle of Hill 70 was the first of the Great War in which Canadian troops were commanded by a Canadian general. Yet, as David Boushy reports, it’s a battle that’s been largely forgotten.
