Semi narrowly missing oncoming vehicle while passing truck on Highway 33

A shocking video has been caught on dash cam involving a semi passing another truck on Highway 33, heading toward oncoming traffic. It’s the second such video to surface in the southern interior in just two days. Lauren Pullen reports.
