Trump presidency credited for stock market optimism

It’s been a record run for the stock markets in Toronto and New York, ever since Donald Trump became U.S. president. Is he somehow responsible? As Eric Sorensen reports, it may have more to do with expectations that Republicans, who swept both Congress and the White House, will bring agree on investor-friendly policies.
