Sat, Feb 11: It only took about three days — but traffic is finally moving on the Coquihalla highway to and from the interior. That’s after it was abruptly closed for the second straight night. Concerns are being raised about the highway’s maintenance tonight. But the ministry of transportation says some drivers are also to blame. Nadia Stewart has more.
