A proposed multi-storey seniors housing development is getting a lot of pushback from Summerland residents. It’s not on ALR land but the property is zoned by the town for agriculture. Along with wanting to preserve the land, some of those who live nearby are listing off a slew of other concerns, in hopes council will reject the plan. Neetu Garcha has more.
