Efforts underway to remove sunken ‘Nathan E Stewart’ tug from ocean

Thirty-two days after an American-owned tugboat sank near Bella Bella, spilling more than 100,000 litres of diesel fuel, the partially submerged vessel is expected to be raised Monday.
