New numbers released this morning by the Canadian Cancer Society show an alarming increase in HPV related cancers in Canadians, particularly among men. While the HPV vaccine is currently available to females in grade 6 in Saskatchewan, Cancer Control Director Donna Ziegler says the government needs to provide unencumbered, gender neutral access to the immunization to address the issue at its core.
