Mon, Oct 3: Some Montreal pet owners seeking refuge from the dog ban are heading to Beaconsfield. The city has adopted a resolution opposing Montreal’s breed-specific legislation. As Billy Shields reports, some other West Island municipalities intend on following Beaconsfield’s lead.
