After years of construction and traffic congestion, Edmonton’s ring road is near complete. The final leg of Anthony Henday Drive in the northeast is set to open Oct. 1. But congestion on the opposite corner of the city is already driving talk of expansion and as Sarah Kraus reports, even more construction.
