Alberta’s minimum wage will go up to $15 an hour by 2018

It’s official. Within two years, Alberta’s minimum wage will climb to $15 per hour. While low wage-earners applaud the move, many business groups continue to say the plan will hurt Alberta’s already fragile economy. Fletcher Kent reports.
