City of Edmonton continues to monitor water levels on North Saskatchewan River

August 25, 2016
The City of Edmonton said the water on the North Saskatchewan River crested just after midnight Thursday. While the water is expected to go down, it is still very unsafe to be on the water or near the river banks. Chris Ward with the City of Edmonton addressed the media Thursday afternoon.
