Sat, Jul 30: Several crashes caused total gridlock on the highway west of Calgary on one of the busiest weekends of the year.Traffic simply stopped for thousands trying to get out of the city .No life-threatening injuriesbut the backups drove everyone to distraction. Sarah Offin reports.
