Foods pregnant women should eat and avoid

There are a lot of myths surrounding what pregnant women can or can’t eat. A UK safety committee recently said that raw eggs or lightly cooked eggs should be considered safe. But that’s contrary to what we’ve always heard. And Health Canada says the food should still be avoided due to the risk of salmonella.
