Sun, Jul 24: The International Olympic Committee has decided not to impose a blanket ban on Russian athletes from the upcoming Olympics in Rio. The IOC instead has said international federations for each Olympic sport should evaluate Russian athletes case by case for possible use of banned substances. Those deemed clean will be allowed to compete. Allison Vuchnich reports.
