Sat, Jul 23: In Alberta, spending money is tight. Layoffs are affecting many, and even local festivals are continuing to hurt because of the economic slump. It’s a challenge already resulting in record low attendance at the Calgary stampede and other groups are worried their events will take a similar hit. Reid Fiest reports.
