Montreal dog lovers denounce breed-specific legislation

Sat, Jul 16: July 16 is Global anti-BSL (breed-specific legislation) Day, and hundreds of Montrealers showed up in Pelican Park Saturday morning to voice their concerns over laws that ban certain breeds of dogs.
