A plan for parking just north of Edmonton’s new arena is being met with mixed reaction. The developers of the Ice District own land north of Rogers Place and have applied to the city to set up a temporary parking lot there for up to 10 years. But as Vinesh Pratap explains, people are already using that area for parking.
